Which states are reporting the most H3N2 seasonal Influenza cases?
Up until March 9th, 2023, the states published a total of 3038 laboratory-confirmed cases of several influenza subtypes, including H3N2. This information comes from the Union Health Ministry.

Almost 92% of patients, according to a press release from the Union Health Ministry, had fever, 86% had coughs, 27% had dyspnea, 16% had wheezing, 16% had pneumonia, and 6% had seizures. Around 10% of patients needed oxygen, and 7% needed ICU attention.
Guidelines for preventing H3N2 influenza infections
A few COVID-time protocols have received recommendations from the health ministry. It is advised to cover the nose and mouth while coughing and sneezing, to often wash one’s hands, to avoid eating or touching the face or mouth while moving around in crowded areas, and to use masks. It suggests avoiding physical contact, social engagement, and, if infected, spitting.
According to the announcement, you should stay hydrated, avoid taking antibiotics or any other medications besides paracetamol, and see your doctor if necessary.

As of March 10th, the state had three H3N2 cases and 77 H1N1 cases. Rushikesh Patel, the state’s minister of health, reports that there has been one H1N1-related fatality in the state.
